It includes an enclosed private sunny courtyard garden with seating as well as ample parking. The cottage offers a well equipped bespoke kitchen, leading into an open plan living/dining area. There is a downstairs WC and hand basin. Upstairs there is a generous bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC. The bedroom and bathroom lead off a spacious landing with views over the surrounding countryside. Large bedroom with king size bed.
